Why an 'uncensored' MB - Motorized Bicycle blog?
Simple - in my experience some motoring type forums are heavily biased toward 'top posters', advertisers and moderators; good or bad. Helpful threads that critique a poor performing, badly ported motor* (purchased from their advertiser) get closed quick!
A certain seller has ok small parts, sells a kit, the GT-80, an avowedly "ported" motor.
Forget Discussing
Not a few forums seem to foster cliques who fawn over 'custom builds' while frequently deriding, dissing newcomers, trolling new posts with sarcastic replies and juvenile nastiness; e.g. 'flaming'
Moreover, the very questions, like two-stroke horsepower, most important to motorized bike builders get ignored, flamed or receive zero / unconstructive replies.
There's not much in the way of true discussion going on.
Finally, what develops is an un-subtle form of censorship creating a frustrating, unpleasant & disappointing forum experience.
Enuff said.
In here you'll find lots of motorized bike pics, brief how-to tech / build articles to assist the reader in solving thorny building and MB maintenance issues.
We'll also objectively review advertised, out-of-the-box, two stroke high-performance 49cc, 66cc, 80cc motors; and aftermarket MB products (be they good or bad) without the censorship.
Constructive reader comments are welcome.
Dissing articles & others comments 'just because' - like the trolling on YouTube is unacceptable.
In other words: 'flaming' will not fly.
